Location:
Faculty of Law, G24

Speaker: Professor Gavin Phillipson, University of Bristol

Professor Phillipson will give a talk about the constitutional implications of recent events surrounding Brexit, from the referendum, through the meaningful vote, the use of business motions and the role of the Speaker. His talk will investigate what these events tell us about the relationship between Parliament and the Government

All are welcome. The talk may be of particular interest for those researching in constitutional law, and for LLM students on the Legislation course.
