Speaker: Marie-France Fortin

Marie-France Fortin will lead discussion of the Supreme Court’s decision in R (Black) v Secretary of State for Justice [2017] UKSC 81 with a particular focus on the historical evolution of the maxim that the King can do no wrong.

This seminar is open to all LLM, MCL and PhD students, Faculty members and Faculty visitors.

Attendees to 'Brown Bag' seminars are free to bring their own food to eat for lunch.  Some snacks may be provided on occasion.
