This paper critically evaluates the current case law of the Constitutional Court on the relationship between section 24 of the Constitution (the right to a healthy environment and to have the environment protected) and ordinary legislation that is designed to "give effect" to the environmental right.
This seminar is open to all LLM, MCL and PhD students, Faculty members and Faculty visitors.
