Sir David WilliamsThe Board of Electors to the Sir David Williams Professorship in Public Law invite applications for this Professorship, from persons whose work falls within the general field of public law, to take up appointment on 1 October 2017 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Candidates will have an international reputation in the field of public law, broadly conceived, an outstanding record in research and publication, and the vision and commitment to maintain and develop the University's profile in teaching and research in the field.

The Professor's duties will include teaching and research, examining, the supervision of graduate students, and administration. The Professor will be based in Cambridge. A competitive salary will be offered.
